Are the prices per transfer or per person?
All prices shown in the website are per transfer, not per person. If you select the "return transfer" option the price is always twice the initial one.
Do you provide baby seats, children seats and infant carriers?
Yes and the seats are free of charge. Please always consider children and infants for the total number of people traveling.
How much luggage can I take in the transfer?
Each transfer passenger is expected to carry no more than two luggage items. If you're carrying extra or special luggage please don't forget to mention it so we can provide you with a suitable vehicle.
Are the passengers insured?
Yes. All passengers and their luggage are insured.
I cannot find my destination in your online booking form. What to do?
Please ask for a quote and we will get back to you with our best price.
I need a transfer in the next 12h. Can I book it online?
YES
On a "return transfer" can the pickup location differ from the initial drop?
Yes. If your return pickup location is different from the drop. Please book two separate transfers.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. All our drivers speak English.
How can I pay the transfer?
You can pay to the driver in cash (Euros only). Online payment with your Paypal account.
How do I know if my transfer is confirmed?
At the end of the online booking process you will receive the confirmation voucher meaning that your reservation entered successfully in our system and it is confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
YWe always check the flight status directly with Faro Airport and will wait until you arrive - no extra charge!
How to find my transfer / driver after arriving at the airport?
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival section with a board with your name on it.
How can I cancel or make amendments to my already booked transfer?
To automatically cancel your booking use the link present in the confirmation voucher, at least 24 hours prior to time of the journey
To make booking amendments you must first cancel your reservation and then submit another one with the new information.
In case you need to cancel the booking or change it and have already paid for your airport transfer you will be totally refunded within a week.
I am a homeowner /travel agent, can I benefit from special deals?
